Star Wars Old Wounds Adapted from Aaron McBride's 'Star Wars: Old Wounds' (Dark Horse Comics, 2005)

The Star Wars Rebels TV series did something similar to this, but actually much better.  It follows a plot line from the previous Star Wars Clone Wars TV series where Darth Maul had survived after being cut in half in The Phantom Menace.

However, this video is based on 2005 comics that are no longer considered canon.  After Disney bought Lucasfilm they discarded the "Expanded Universe" of comics and books and declared them to no longer be canon.  Instead they declared them "legends" so as to develop a new set of canon books and comics.

For about a year there has been an issue over Youtube "demonetizing" content providers, which is taking away advertising revenue from anyone on youtube who may be in the slightest way controversial.  This demonetization has mostly hit conservative presenters, because apparently Youtube has been attacking "alt-right" content, or anyone who remotely resembles the "alt-right."  (BTW, the term "alt-right" only initially meant alternative media sources that are ultra conservative, like Breitbart which invented the term, but this term got co-opted by racist groups.  As a result, now the term is only used pejoratively to imply racism, with people on the left using the term to attack conservatives.)
